Key Responsibilities

???? Product & Industry Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Whatfix product portfolio and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze Whatfix deployments across industries (Insurance, Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare) and create best practices & use cases.
  • Stay updated on enterprise software trends & digital transformation to provide thought leadership.

???? Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct discovery calls, value assessments, and strategic sales planning.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Manage and execute on-site & remote solution demos effectively.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events to evangelize Whatfix solutions.
  • Handle RFI/RFP responses with Account Executives and Technical Sales Engineers.
  • Address objections, articulate ROI benefits, and communicate the value of Whatfix solutions.

???? Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management teams to provide feature input & customer feedback.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to offer consultative product expertise.
  • Ensure seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Who Should Apply?

Experience:

  • 8+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting.
  • Previous experience working in Enterprise SaaS or Application Software.
  • Industry expertise in Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, or Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft), HR (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and other enterprise applications.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong consultative selling approach—understanding customer pain points and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site meetings.
