Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct financial planning reviews with customers to assess their needs and offer solutions through investments, insurance, pensions, and savings products.
Manage and review clients' investment portfolios based in one of the company’s branches.
Consult clients in an unbiased, responsible, and objective manner.
Focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the confidentiality of clients' information and handle it responsibly.
Provide Investment & Insurance advice with a focus on meeting client goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A mature, responsible individual with a high regard for client confidentiality.
Fluent in both Maltese and English.
Possess the appropriate qualification to enable the provision of Investment & Insurance advice.
