As a Delivery Consultant within the AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team, you will work directly with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business goals. You will play a key role in customer success, providing technical expertise, best practices, and support throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a deep understanding of AWS products and services, hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads, and the ability to manage complex and scalable AWS solutions.
Design & Implement AWS Solutions: Create complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to customers' needs.
Provide Technical Guidance: Offer troubleshooting support and guidance throughout the project delivery process.
Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Trusted Advisor: Advise customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative AWS solutions.
Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members, provide training, and create reusable artifacts to share best practices within the organization.
7+ years of consulting experience working with data and AI/ML solutions.
7+ years of experience in developing long-term strategies around product/solution roadmaps with execution programs to deliver on the envisioned strategy.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads and AWS solutions.
Proven ability to create compelling customer proposals and present to executives.
Working knowledge of Cloud Computing, Hybrid, and Multi-cloud environments.
Experience with pre-sales is a plus.
Industry expertise in Financial Services Industry (FSI) is desirable.
AWS Cloud Certifications are preferred.
Experience with AWS Services and solutions.
