Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather product requirements, prioritize feature implementation, and create prototypes.
  • Work closely with product engineering and development teams to share prototypes and support product development.
  • Ensure the functionality of the product aligns with shared specifications.
  • Recommend product enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Conduct research on regulatory changes, customer needs, and market trends to stay updated.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in the market.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Assist the sales team in educating customers about product benefits and features.
  • Develop support and training materials for internal and external users.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and whitepapers regularly.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to technology products and implementation cycles (preferred).
  • Experience working on requirements gathering with client business analysts.
  • Extensive risk management experience from banks, consulting firms, product companies, or analytical firms.
  • Functional involvement across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, use case development, and reviews.
