Job Summary

We’re expanding our finance and accounting department and are looking for a versatile, adaptable, and highly skilled Senior Accountant. In this role, you will support various accounting and analytical functions, helping to develop best practices, ensure compliance, and refine internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Accounting & Reconciliation

Perform general accounting activities, including revenue recognition and financial reconciliations.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve issues independently.
Prepare and process journal entries within set deadlines.
Conduct flux analysis on income statements and balance sheets.

✅ Financial Reporting & Compliance

Develop a deep understanding of accounting processes and controls.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Support internal & external audits, including SOX compliance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS 15), and regulations.

✅ Process Improvement & Collaboration

Partner with internal teams to refine financial controls and reporting processes.
Assist in documenting procedures and enhancing existing workflows.
Provide ad-hoc financial data and analysis as needed.

What You Bring

???? Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a high-performing finance team.
Proven expertise in US GAAP (ASC 606) and/or IFRS 15.

???? Technical & Analytical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
NetSuite and FloQast experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment.

???? Communication & Work Culture

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working with US-based teams.
Must be available for US business hours (EST time zone).
