What You Will Have the Opportunity to Do:

  • Client Advisory & Strategy:

    • Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

    • Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, focusing on both quick wins and long-term goals.

  • Salesforce Platform Expertise:

    • Leverage Salesforce technology (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge) to design solutions and strategies.

    • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.

  • Mentorship:

    • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

  • New Salesforce Capabilities:

    • Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities to provide input on project plans and design specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in the CRM industry, preferably with the Salesforce platform.

    • Experience in designing and optimizing business processes and integrating them across disparate systems.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).

    • Knowledge of basic UX principles and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Expertise:

    • Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Certifications:

    • Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

  • Design Tools:

    • Familiarity with charting tools like Lucidchart.

  • Web Components & Development:

    • Experience with custom web components and working alongside designers.

What Does the Typical Interview Process Look Like?

  1. Recruiter Screen (Phone):

    • 30 minutes to discuss your background.

  2. First Interview (Video):

    • 45 minutes discussing your career goals and relevant work examples.

  3. Second Interview (Video):

    • 30 minutes discussing challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to achieve solutions.

  4. Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video):

    • 60-minute session split into two parts:

      • Discuss potential solution options based on a given prompt.

      • Interact with team members in a live setting (no offline preparation required).
