About the Team:

The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on customers' post-Go-Live journey, delivering programs and services that help them maximize the value of their Workday applications. We work closely with clients through targeted micro consulting engagements, offering guidance on configuration, feature demonstrations, and best practices. As a trusted Workday advisor, you'll play a key role in helping customers optimize their Workday investment.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you’ll work directly with customers, offering consulting services and delivering solutions to meet their business needs. Your role involves helping customers through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, feature demonstrations, and providing valuable insights to drive their business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Consulting & Configuration Guidance: Deliver small scope consulting engagements to address customer requests, providing configuration guidance, tips, tricks, and troubleshooting.
Customer Presentations: Create and deliver customer presentations showcasing how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (e.g., Accelerator Webinars).
Feature Adoption: Guide customers through the adoption of new features with one-on-one consulting and Feature Accelerator programs.
Tenant Reviews: Review customer tenants to identify opportunities for increased feature adoption.
Product Expertise: Maintain Workday certifications and stay up to date with new features and the Workday roadmap.
Customer Enablement: Provide additional services such as Office Hours, configuration reviews, and optimization opportunities.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

15+ years of IT implementation experience.
Demonstrated experience with HR and/or Finance systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
10+ years of software consulting experience.

Other Qualifications:

Workday Certification in HCM and at least one of the following: Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll.
Ability to understand complex concepts and distill them into easily understandable customer presentations.
Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex technical process issues and facilitate decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
