Overview:

NSC Global is a globally active IT consultancy specializing in Network and IT Support. We assist large-scale clients in optimizing their IT infrastructure efficiency. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team and manage global accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, including sales, solutions, finance, legal, and delivery to oversee service solutions and bids.
Bid Management: Compile and review service solution & bid response content, ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
Service Solutions Documentation: Fully document service obligations and assumptions included in service solutions and bids.
Cost & Pricing Models: Prepare cost and pricing models for service solutions & bids, adhering to model standards.
Bid Library Contribution: Contribute to the service solution & bid library by proposing improvements.
Problem Solving: Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues related to service solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing technical solutions role, working with large to medium-sized Enterprise and Service Providers to provide technical solutions.
Consultancy Experience: Experience in services-led consultancy for Systems Integrators or outsourcers with a focus on services.
Maintenance Solutions: Experience building maintenance solutions, direct vendor & partner support models.
Managed Services: Experience with Managed Services solution building, including service desk, technical operational, monitoring and management, and IMAC services.
Technology Solutions: Experience in designing and selling high-value technology solutions.
Managed Resourcing Service Creation: Experience in managed resourcing service creation.
Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the market and competition in IT Service integration and Telecom.

Desirable Experience:

Global Solution Selling Portfolio including:
- Network and/or Desktop experience at Pre-sales level.
- Field Services, Integrated Service Desks, Intelligent Dispatch.
- Remote Monitoring and Management, Network Management, Performance Management.
- Maintenance Solutions ranging from Labour Only, Depot Services (Parts Only), Full Parts and Labour, Custom Solutions.
- Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, Resource Solutions as a Service.
General Knowledge (Not Required in Full):
- End User Service, Managed Services.
- LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Intelligent Edge, IoT, Data Centre, and Unified Communications.
- Wireless, Indoor/Outdoor Surveys, Installations.
- Logistics (Staging, Depot, Procurement, Fulfilment, IOR/EOR, Equipment as a Service).
