We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Order Fulfillment Assistant to manage customer orders, coordinate shipping logistics, and support backend inventory operations. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone looking to contribute a few focused hours daily.
Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch with vendors.
Liaise with courier and delivery partners to ensure timely shipments.
Monitor shipment statuses and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain Excel-based inventory and order tracking sheets.
Track delays and troubleshoot logistics issues efficiently.
Analyze delivery performance, shipping costs, and vendor efficiency.
Support onboarding and coordination with new logistics partners.
Collaborate with customer support to resolve order fulfillment concerns.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be available during the first half of the day (10 AM – 2 PM preferred)
Prior experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce (preferred)
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Preferred)
