Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations in a dynamic, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in order processing, shipment coordination, and tracking of deliveries.
Help maintain and update inventory records and stock levels.
Support the preparation of shipping and customs documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport service providers.
Monitor and report on logistics KPIs; suggest areas for improvement.
Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays.
Perform data entry and support logistics-related administrative tasks.
Contribute to process optimization and cost-reduction strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
