We are looking for a Customer Service & Data Entry Executive to support our operations and liaise effectively with the UK team. This is a remote role requiring a high degree of organization, communication, and technical skills.

Tag and update daily delivery orders
Communicate efficiently with the UK-based team
Use Google Maps to verify delivery routes as needed
Analyze operational data and generate daily/weekly reports
Address and resolve operational issues
Support long-term goals that contribute to company growth
Respond to UK team queries promptly and accurately
Minimum 3 years of total work experience
2 years of experience in Logistics (preferred)
Strong email communication skills
Excellent computer literacy
Experience with:
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with a high-end, detail-focused clientele
Desktop PC (laptops not allowed) with:
Windows OS (latest version)
2 monitor setup (If you have one, we will provide the second)
Stable fiber/WiFi internet connection
Dedicated and quiet work-from-home desk setup
Work from the comfort of your home
