We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Agent to handle inbound calls, both B2B and B2C, and assist customers with bookings and inquiries related to travel services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Travelport Galileo, and experience in selling air tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and business packages.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to air travel, hotel bookings, and vacation packages.
Manage B2B and B2C client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Sell air tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and business packages.
Assist customers in making informed travel decisions and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain strong communication and sales records, ensuring efficient follow-ups.
Experience: 2–7 years in a travel sales role.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong B2B and B2C sales experience.
Proficient in Travelport Galileo.
Experience in sales for airlines, hotels, and vacation packages.
Qualification: Other Bachelor’s degree.
Industry: Hotel/Restaurants/Travel/Airlines.
