CryptoMize is offering Online Reputation Manager jobs in Delhi. This role requires PR specialists who can monitor and control online activities related to an organization’s brand and sub-brands. A Reputation Manager ensures that positive reviews outweigh negative ones and safeguards a brand’s reputation by managing online information across digital channels.

The role also involves traditional public relations strategies while maintaining a consistent online reputation across various web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

Monitor Social Media: Track conversations and online mentions about the brand across platforms like Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, and social media.
Manage Negative Content: Identify, analyze, and mitigate online threats by implementing conflict resolution strategies.
Search Engine Management: Suppress negative search results and enhance the brand’s presence using SEO techniques.
Public Relations & Media Strategy: Prepare media statements, respond to potential threats, and manage brand perception.
Content Optimization: Promote positive content through blogs, news articles, and social media posts.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor trends, analyze effectiveness, and revise marketing strategies to maximize results.
Crisis Management: Identify crisis situations and apply effective solutions to mitigate potential brand damage.
Stakeholder Communication: Develop proactive processes to capture positive customer reviews and engage with the audience.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Crisis Management Skills: Ability to identify and resolve potential negative situations effectively.
Social Media Expertise: Experience in handling social media platforms, listening tools, analytics, and reporting.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of social web elements (blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, ratings & reviews, etc.).
Customer Service Techniques: Proficiency in online reputation management, including advocacy, patience, and empathy.
Communication Skills: Excellent writing and language skills to engage audiences and respond professionally.
Strategic Thinking: Experience working with consumer support teams and leveraging social media for customer service.
