Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance accounts
Gather and update insurance information from clients
Conduct follow-up calls with designated insurance contacts
Ensure data is accurately updated in the system

Key Performance Metrics:

Make at least 95 calls per day
Maintain a quality score of 98% or above

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and a neutral accent
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer typing while speaking on calls
Previous call center experience (preferred)
