Role Overview – Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will ensure the smooth functioning of BetterWay's headquarters, clinics, and warehouses. You will manage administration, facility operations, vendor relations, compliance, and strategic financial oversight to create an efficient, safe, and welcoming space for both employees and patients.


Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Maintenance Management: Oversee inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure a productive and patient-friendly environment.
Vendor & Admin Management: Build vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure efficient staffing and streamlined processes.
Compliance & Safety: Implement safety protocols, adhere to regulatory standards, and maintain a secure environment for employees and patients.
Strategic & Financial Oversight: Optimize operational budgets, manage OPEX & CAPEX, and support cost-saving initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with medical teams, administrative staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.


Who We're Looking For

???? Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0-1.5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or similar roles.

???? Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations (preferred).
