Position Details

Title: Customer Service Executive - Healthcare (CSE)
Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be local; no outstation candidates will be considered)
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with 2 days off
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support in the healthcare sector.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to address customer concerns.
  • Work efficiently in a hybrid setup, adapting to both in-office and remote environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Education: Graduates preferred; candidates with relevant skills and experience may also apply.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Versant Score Requirement: Minimum 50%.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Bangalore and comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.

Training and Work Setup

  • Training:
    • A 45-day in-office training period is mandatory before transitioning to Work From Home (WFH).
  • Equipment: Company-provided computer for WFH setup.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotational shifts.
  • Supplemental Pay:
    • Performance bonus
    • Shift allowance
