Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and nurture leads, ensuring timely communication & follow-ups.
✔ Provide expert guidance on tenancy agreements, leasing terms, and community guidelines.
✔ Persuasively present available properties, aligning with client needs to drive commitment.

???? Market Insights & Strategic Planning
✔ Identify housing market trends and recommend strategies to optimize occupancy rates.
✔ Use decision-making skills to assess client needs and address concerns confidently.

???? Client Relations & Trust Building
✔ Maintain organized records of client interactions to ensure no lead slips through the cracks.
✔ Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage referrals and enhance retention.

???? Sales & Closing Deals
✔ Be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson—help clients make the right housing decision.
✔ Handle objections professionally, providing solutions that drive conversions.
✔ Communicate property details & leasing terms in a clear and engaging manner.

✔ Familiarity with UK rental laws & property regulations (a plus!).

✔ Negotiation & persuasion skills—can handle objections and push urgency effectively.
