Job Overview

STABLX is looking for a passionate and experienced International Education Consultant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will guide and support students seeking educational opportunities abroad, helping them navigate the admissions process, visa regulations, and scholarship options. Key Responsibilities

✔ Student Consultation: Provide personalized guidance to students and their families on international education options, including undergraduate and graduate programs, language courses, and cultural exchange opportunities.
✔ Academic Assessment: Evaluate students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable educational pathways and institutions.
✔ Research & Industry Updates: Stay informed about trends, developments, and requirements in international education, including admission procedures, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
✔ Application Assistance: Support students through the application process, including guidance on application essays, resumes, and interview preparation.
✔ Institutional Liaison: Establish partnerships with educational institutions, language schools, and relevant organizations to facilitate student enrollment.
✔ Student Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance during students’ transition to studying abroad, addressing any challenges they may face.
✔ Resource Development: Contribute to the creation of educational materials, workshops, and webinars to enhance consulting services.
✔ Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service.
✔ Ethical Consulting: Ensure unbiased, ethical guidance to students throughout the consulting process.

Qualifications

???? Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

???? Experience & Skills:
   • Proven experience in international education consulting, student advising, or related fields.
   • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support diverse student populations.
   • Deep understanding of global educational systems, admissions requirements, and cultural nuances.
   • Familiarity with online research tools, educational databases, and student management systems.
   • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
   • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
   • Passion for international education and helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
