Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years in IT management, leading HRIS and integration teams

  • Experience managing teams of 7+ developers

  • Airline catering industry experience is a plus


Technical Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of HR applications and integration systems

  • Experience with development & testing methodologies, SLAs, and performance tracking

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and foresee project risks

  • Commercial/financial insight into operational changes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with integration vendors (e.g., Workday, Kronos)

  • Knowledge of collaboration tools and working with global teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

    • Bonus: German or French language skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support HR application integrations across global platforms

  • Define functional requirements and interface mappings in collaboration with HR teams

  • Oversee integration vendors and license contracts (Workday, Kronos, etc.)

  • Create and maintain technical and functional design documents

  • Troubleshoot application issues and align business processes with application capabilities

  • Ensure quality control in the customization and integration process

  • Provide training, documentation, and support for HR systems

  • Maintain and update the global support ticket system with real-time issue tracking

  • Coordinate software testing, occasionally outside regular hours

  • Support standardization of global applications and retirement of legacy systems

  • Stay informed on industry trends and potential business impacts

  • Attend and contribute to internal meetings, ensuring compliance with all policies


Additional Requirements:

  • International travel (up to 60%) – Valid passport required

  • Flexible working hours to support Europe and North America time zones

  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours during project deliveries
