As an Implementation Engineer, you'll be an integral part of the Implementation Consulting Team, serving as a crucial bridge between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams. You will help ensure smooth onboarding and continuous success of our clients with the Atomicwork platform.
This is a customer-facing technical role that combines system design, technical consultation, and a strong focus on customer success.
Design, architect, and develop tailored solutions based on customer-specific requirements.
Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document them formally.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best practices for implementing Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions.
Train customers on how to get the most out of the Atomicwork platform.
Develop long-term relationships with client technical teams to ensure lasting success.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Become a power user of the Atomicwork platform—design and implement both functional and technical components.
Travel up to 50% if required.
Must be available to work during U.S. time zones.
