We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of travel destinations, booking systems, and excellent customer service skills.
Client Consultation
✅ Understand clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements to recommend suitable packages.
✅ Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences.
✅ Customize holiday packages to meet clients’ expectations.
Booking & Coordination
✅ Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm bookings and ensure accuracy.
✅ Process payments, issue tickets, and provide necessary travel documents.
Customer Support
✅ Provide pre-travel assistance and address client inquiries promptly.
✅ Handle issues, complaints, and changes during the trip to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Upselling
✅ Promote travel packages, special deals, and additional services like travel insurance.
✅ Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Market Research & Updates
✅ Stay informed on latest travel trends, destination highlights, and visa requirements.
✅ Gather client feedback to improve services and offerings.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Experience: 1-3 years in the travel industry or a customer-facing role.
✔ Knowledge: Familiarity with travel booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and destination knowledge.
✔ Skills: Strong communication, sales, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
