Pay: ₹300 – ₹1,000 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift (Expected: 8 hours/week)
We are looking for a proactive and visionary Full Stack Web Developer to bring our innovative idea to life from scratch. You will play a foundational role in building the product, shaping the tech stack, designing the architecture, and helping form the core development team.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one.
Product Development: Build the MVP and scalable full-stack architecture for the website.
Blueprint & Planning: Create a comprehensive technical blueprint (architecture, user flow, features roadmap, etc.).
Technology Strategy: Recommend the best tech stack based on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Team Formation: Assist in hiring and mentoring interns/junior developers as the project scales.
Project Management: Define project timelines, sprints, and technical deliverables.
Deployment & Maintenance: Set up CI/CD pipelines, manage server infrastructure, monitor site performance, and maintain the codebase.
5+ years of proven experience building full-stack web applications from scratch.
Expertise in front-end technologies: React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong back-end skills: Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, or similar frameworks.
Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
Experience mentoring or managing junior developers/interns is a plus.
Proficiency in Hindi is required.
Must be based in Delhi, Delhi.
Previous experience working at startups or on zero-to-one projects.
Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
