Vitality Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Consultant for its Emergency Medicine department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier patient care, performing emergency procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate medical documentation in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute medical conditions and trauma.

  • Procedural Expertise: Perform emergency medical procedures such as suturing, intubation, and resuscitation.

  • Triage & Monitoring: Assess and prioritize patients based on clinical urgency; monitor patient condition and progress.

  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and emergency staff to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Medical Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.

  • Flexible Shifts: Adapt to dynamic work schedules including nights and weekends.

???? Academic Qualifications:

  • MBBS + any of the following postgraduate qualifications:

    • MD (Emergency Medicine)

    • DNB (Emergency Medicine)

    • MEM (Masters in Emergency Medicine)

    • MRCEM (Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine)

???? Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6–7 years of experience in Emergency Medicine or relevant clinical settings.

  • Strong procedural skills and emergency clinical judgment.

  • Capable of working under pressure in high-volume settings.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
