???? About the Role: Customer Service Consultant

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our Telstra contact center team. You will assist customers through chat, messaging, SMS, email, and voice channels, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

This role focuses on non-technical product inquiries, billing support, order processing, and provisioning of services—all while delivering a high-quality, cost-effective experience for our customers.


???? Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer service via real-time chat, SMS, email, and voice calls.
  • Handle sales inquiries, service requests, faults, complaints, and customer support across all communication channels.
  • Accurately process customer requests (billing, orders, complaints) using CRM systems and internal tools.
  • Assist customers in understanding, utilizing, and resolving issues related to Telstra's products and services.
  • Use your knowledge of Telstra processes to effectively transfer complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
  • Recommend alternative products and services, following cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Meet customer service and performance objectives by following prescribed procedures and workflows.
  • Work effectively across diverse cultures with team members and customers.
  • Support customers 24/7 by working on a rotational roster, including scheduled days off.

???? Note: This role will be 100% work from office, with some work-from-home flexibility considered in the future.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience.

    • Billing & Order Processing Software (e.g., Rifdi Bill Generator)
