Position Overview:

Are you an experienced CRM technical architect with a passion for innovation and leadership? Join Solutions Metrix as a Creatio Technical Consultant and be part of a dynamic team creating transformative CRM solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Complex CRM Projects
    Architect end-to-end Creatio CRM solutions, integrate complex systems, and guide teams to successful implementations.

  • Collaborate & Mentor
    Foster a collaborative team culture, coach junior team members, and lead multi-disciplinary professionals.

  • Bridge Technical & Business Goals
    Translate intricate technical concepts into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.

  • Tackle Technical Challenges
    Solve business-critical issues and ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.

  • Contribute to the CRM Community
    Share your knowledge through blog posts, webinars, and CRM-related forums.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    2–3 years of CRM project leadership, including system integration experience
    10,000+ hours of implementation experience

  • Certification:
    Creatio CRM Developer Certification is mandatory

  • Education:
    Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

  • Skills:

    • Deep technical expertise in CRM platforms

    • Strong verbal, written, and online communication skills

    • Proven leadership and mentorship ability

    • Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills

    • Active participation in CRM forums/blogs/webinars
