Job Title: Issuer Services Support - APAC Focus

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Work Hours: 7 am to 4 pm IST

Role Overview:

The candidate will join the Issuer Services team, focusing on responding to daily inquiries from debt holders, with an emphasis on the APAC region. The role will also support other regions as needed. The work involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Information & Solutions: Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries regarding our services.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of satisfaction by handling interactions efficiently and effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing and improving email templates and customer service processes.

  • Training & Onboarding: Onboard, train, and manage contractors during high volume cases to maintain consistent service quality.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback to ensure adherence to company standards.


Essential Traits:

  • Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial services and corporate actions is a plus.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using email and customer service/proprietary software.

  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an email customer service role is preferred but not required.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate or post-graduate with any specialization.
