Job Summary

Software AG is seeking an ARIS Business Process Transformation Consultant to join our India ARIS BU Professional Services practice. This role requires technical leadership in customer projects and team leadership within the ARIS practice.

You will work with C-level executives, business/system analysts, and technical teams to provide strategic guidance and hands-on implementation of ARIS solutions. Your mission: drive BPM transformation, establish governance models, and ensure long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

✅ ARIS Expertise & Consulting

Conduct Business Process Discovery & Customer Journey Workshops.
Define and implement ARIS Methods & Conventions.
Lead ARIS Process Governance and Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
Develop ARIS Dashboards, Connect, and Simulation models.

✅ Business Process Transformation & Governance

Guide organizations in process optimization, transformation, and governance.
Conduct system analysis and design for BPM implementation.
Develop enterprise governance models for long-term sustainability.

✅ Enterprise Software Implementation & Project Management

Manage end-to-end enterprise software implementations.
Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and process efficiency.
Identify, document, and verify technical & non-technical requirements for BPM solutions.

✅ Stakeholder Communication & Best Practices

Communicate technical solutions effectively to both executive stakeholders and IT teams.
Lead teams in Agile environments, working with third-party subcontractors.
Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.

???? Experience

6–9 years of experience in Business Process Transformation & BPM consulting.
Industry experience in banking, energy, insurance, manufacturing, retail, transportation, or utilities.

???? Skills & Expertise

✔ Expert-level proficiency in ARIS capabilities (Process Governance, EA, Dashboards, Simulation).
✔ Strong business process transformation and governance knowledge.
✔ Experience with technical & non-technical requirement analysis.
✔ Ability to manage enterprise software implementations & customer expectations.
✔ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
