Role Overview:

AWS is looking for a Delivery Consultant to join the Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions tailored to meet their technical requirements and business goals. You will be a key player in driving customer success, offering technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You will architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring projects meet customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation: Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Emerging Technologies: Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing by creating reusable artifacts and training content.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
Proven track record in designing and developing Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions, from conception to deployment.
Experience in applying best practices and evaluating alternative ML and foundational models suitable for business contexts.
Foundational knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and ability to extract insights from large datasets.

Preferred:

AWS Experience: Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).
AWS Certifications: Professional level certifications (e.g., Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional).
Automation & Scripting: Experience with Terraform, Python, or other scripting tools.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and other security standards.
ML and AI Expertise: Experience with fine-tuning, continuous training, developing foundation models (LLMs), and Agentic AI systems.

Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and in a team, delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
