Job Overview

As a professionally trained Security Guard for G4S, you will be responsible for securing premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories. Your role will involve conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV, controlling access, and responding to emergency situations to ensure the safety of property, equipment, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Premises Protection: Safeguard property, premises, and sensitive information from unauthorized access.
✔ Daily Reporting: Submit detailed reports to supervisors as per standard operating procedures.
✔ Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and security procedures.
✔ Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations at all times.
✔ Security Monitoring: Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV surveillance.
✔ Access Control: Manage entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles within the premises.
✔ Patrolling Duties: Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to detect and report potential security risks.
✔ Hazard Identification: Identify and report any hazardous situations or safety concerns.
✔ Parking Lot Security: Monitor outside parking areas to prevent unauthorized access and vehicle theft.
✔ Incident Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on security incidents or unusual activities.

Skills & Qualifications Required

✔ Experience: 15 - 20 years in the security industry.
✔ Education: Graduate degree preferred.
✔ Vigilance & Alertness: Strong situational awareness to detect suspicious activities.
✔ Communication Skills: Ability to write detailed reports and communicate effectively.
✔ Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform patrolling duties.
✔ Technical Skills: Experience in operating security systems & CCTV monitoring.
