What You’ll Do

✅ Translate Functional Requirements into Technical Development

Understand and convert business needs into technical solutions
Deliver remote & onsite assessments and expert services

✅ Customer Engagement & Project Delivery

Support customer teams in delivering critical projects
Work on SAP Payroll & subsequent processes (Payroll posting, statutory reporting, tax authority integration)

✅ SAP Payroll & Integration

Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (Preferably India, Australia, Great Britain)
Expertise in integration with SAP HCM modules / Employee Central
Manage data migration from legacy payroll systems (SAP & non-SAP)

✅ Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with SAP innovations & new releases
Develop expertise in debugging and technical troubleshooting

What You Bring

✔ 6+ years of SAP Payroll experience
✔ Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in a customer-facing role
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll posting, statutory reporting, and tax integrations
✔ Expertise in SAP HCM modules / Employee Central integration
✔ Experience in legacy data migration (SAP ECC to S/4 or non-SAP to SAP)
✔ Debugging skills (Advantageous but not mandatory)
