Position Summary

As an Associate Consultant – Solutions, you will play a critical role in helping clients explore new opportunities, develop effective marketing strategies, and execute successful digital campaigns. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging Zeta’s advanced technology, data, and analytics to solve complex business challenges.


Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Lead client-facing Opportunity Explorer demos and support customer presentations (pitches, QBRs, etc.).
  • Develop multichannel marketing playbooks with targeting, media tactics, measurement, and execution guidance.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, leveraging Zeta’s marketing services, analytics, and technology to address client needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (Account Management, Analytics, Legal, Creative, Data Cloud, Supply, and more) to manage engagement and resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate and process client proposals that align with advertiser objectives.
  • Build and maintain a proposal library to leverage insights from previous campaigns.

Technical & Market Expertise

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zeta’s technology and product offerings.
  • Guide clients and sales teams on digital media, social, email, mobile, and video campaign strategies.
  • Attend and present at client meetings as needed.
  • Provide market feedback to improve Zeta’s services.
  • Recommend site lists and audience segments from internal and external data sources.

Proposal & Sales Support

  • Assist in creating new proposal materials for client presentations and sales training.
  • Improve the quality of proposals, business processes, and standards.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to determine the best data and inventory for advertisers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of online ad campaign metrics, industry trends, and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
  • Ability to support the global sales team and respond to RFIs and RFPs from clients.
