Role Overview: Associate Managing Consultant, Digital Marketing

As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will lead strategic digital marketing projects, drive business growth, and deliver high-impact solutions to Mastercard’s global clients, including financial institutions, governments, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to support customer acquisition, activation, and lifecycle management.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 7-10 years in integrated marketing with a focus on data-driven digital marketing, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
✅ Expertise in Digital & Performance Marketing: Strong understanding of marketing automation, analytics, data management platforms, and digital media.
✅ Project Management & Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders across different geographies.
✅ Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in developing growth-driven marketing solutions.
✅ Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to influence and engage both junior and senior-level clients.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Exposure to payments, retail banking, and merchant sectors preferred.
