???? Job Description & Responsibilities

✅ Accounting & Financial Management

Reconcile sub-ledger, general ledger account balances, and bank statements.
Prepare financial statements and maintain general ledger.
Conduct month-end close procedures and assist with budget preparation.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile all accounts payable and receivable.
Perform financial analysis, assess internal controls, and identify risk areas.

✅ Leadership & Team Management

Lead and guide the accounting team for accuracy and efficiency.
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
Set departmental goals and ensure compliance with financial standards.

✅ Auditing & Compliance

Support tax return preparations and audits (internal & external).
Develop and document business processes & accounting policies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

✅ Financial Planning & Strategy

Analyze financial data to spot errors and improve efficiency.
Produce error-free accounting reports and forecast processes.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems.

???? Qualifications & Requirements

???? Experience: 8+ years in core accounts & finance (Retail industry experience is a plus).
???? Skills: Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial forecasting abilities.
???? Leadership: Ability to manage and guide accounting teams.
???? Technical Expertise: Knowledge of accounting principles, tax returns, audits, and financial reporting.
???? Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
