Job Description:

As part of the Finance Team, the role involves handling specialist payments, accounts payable, and general finance duties while ensuring accurate processing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Specialist-related Duties:

Create and check specialist invoices on Netsuite and the Intranet.
Upload payment files to the bank for specialists and investigate any bank queries proactively.
Respond to internal queries related to specialist payments, meeting set deadlines.
Liaise with operational teams and specialists to resolve queries and update payment statuses internally.
Perform month-end invoice checking and reconciliations.

Accounts Payables-related Duties:

Update daily cash flow and assist with bank reconciliations.
Ensure expense reports with receipts are accurately submitted by employees through Netsuite.
Process staff expense payment runs and manage the shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and professional email responses.
Check and bill purchase orders for vendor payments and assist with month-end reporting and audit file preparation.

General Duties:

Fully understand and explain the company’s expense policy.
Communicate with responsible parties on necessary banking compliance requests.
Spot irregular transactions and flag them to management.
Provide ad-hoc support for Accounts Payable as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong communicator in English; excellent spoken and written skills.
Excel proficiency is required.
Comfortable with multiple systems, including bank systems.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive with a can-do attitude.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
A team player with a strong understanding of governance.
