Key Responsibilities

Data entry and bookkeeping in accounting software for vendors and clients.
Manage and control cash flow and accounting operations as per accounting principles.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements for all accounts.
Maintain daily accounting records and ensure proper sales & purchase transaction entries.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Use accounting records to prepare financial reports and statements.
Present accurate financial data during audits, reviews, and meetings.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Participate in tax calculations and prepare balance sheets, profit/loss statements, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Diploma (Preferred).
Experience: 1 year in Accounting (Preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel proficiency is a must).
Soft Skills:
- Time management abilities.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle stress and responsibility effectively.
