✅ Process vendor invoices & verify payment terms
✅ Ensure timely payments & resolve invoice discrepancies
✅ Generate & send invoices to customers
✅ Track receivables & unpaid balances
✅ Assist with cash application for accurate AR records
✅ Perform bank & ledger reconciliations regularly
✅ Identify & resolve financial discrepancies
✅ Assist with month-end & year-end closing processes
✅ Conduct account analysis & journal entries
✅ Prepare & review financial reports
✅ Support audit preparations & provide necessary documentation
✅ Maintain accurate & organized financial records
???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
???? Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an accounting support role
???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Sage Intacct (Accounting Software)
✔ Strong understanding of AP/AR & financial reconciliations
✔ Attention to detail & accuracy in financial data management
✔ Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
✔ Strong communication & organizational abilities
