Freshers or recent graduates in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA – Finance)
Solid understanding of Accounting Fundamentals (journal entries, ledgers, reconciliation, trial balance, etc.)
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
Prior knowledge or interest in U.S. accounting standards is an added advantage

Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and other accounting tasks
Work with U.S.-based accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.
Support senior accountants in month-end closing, payroll, tax filing, and financial reporting
Gain insights into GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) used in the U.S.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports
Develop soft skills and workplace etiquette needed in global accounting roles
