Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled accountant to handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll processing for SME clients and CPA firms using QuickBooks Online and Xero. The role involves data entry, financial analysis, market research, bank reconciliations, and MIS tracking.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a process-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage accounting & bookkeeping for SME clients and CPA firms using QuickBooks Online & Xero.
Prepare financial statements for submission to tax authorities.
Perform bank reconciliations and data entry into accounting software.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Prepare & file U.S. sales tax returns and handle contract hire compliance.
Payroll processing: Payroll setup, PayRun processing & payroll tax payment.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Variance & budgeting analysis comparing actual financials.
Tracking MIS & KPIs for performance monitoring.

4. Research & Market Analysis

Conduct internet & market research to support financial decision-making.
Perform Excel-based financial calculations for reporting purposes.

Technical Skills
