About the Role:

Join the dynamic finance team at NES Fircroft as an Accountant, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across departments. This role covers management accounts, statutory compliance, accounts reconciliation, and accounts payable—with an emphasis on proactive problem-solving and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Accounts: Prepare and analyze cost of sales and P&L reports; provide actionable financial insights.
Accounts Reconciliation: Perform weekly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure control and accuracy.
Accounts Payable: Handle supplier payments with a focus on timeliness and cash flow optimization.
Compliance: Support audit processes and ensure tax compliance across local regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial teams for integrated financial oversight.
Ad-hoc Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports and data as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

4–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
CA (Final/Inter) or MBA in Finance.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Navision preferred).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
