???? Job Role 1: Associate – Digital Product Operations (Certification Operations)

???? Role & Responsibilities

As an Associate – Digital Product Operations (Certification Operations), you will:

Onboard & Certify Customers

  • Support new customers in transacting on the American Express Merchant and Partner Networks.
  • Deploy new products with existing customers.
  • Assist customers during setup, connectivity, and certification phases.

Customer Support & Consultancy

  • Guide external customers (acquirers, issuers, merchants, processors, etc.) through the Self-Certification Program.
  • Provide expert consultancy on certification processes & tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams & external partners.
  • Act as the liaison between business partners and Amex technology teams for network connectivity and authorization solutions.
  • Support process upgrades due to regulatory changes, new products, and technical advancements.
  • Participate in global/regional calls/testing, occasionally beyond standard working hours.

???? Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree (B-Tech/Engineering preferred).
5-8 years of experience in the payments industry & transaction processing.

???? Technical & Functional Expertise:
✔ Strong knowledge of Network Specs, EMV, Contactless, POS products, and Certification Tools.
Understanding of Payment Systems – Network Certification, Proprietary Specs, and Test Platforms.
Project Management Experience in the payments domain.
✔ Knowledge of telecommunications & networking (TCP/IP, SFTP, Routers, VPN, Web Services) is an added advantage.

???? Soft Skills & Competencies:
Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management – Ability to collaborate across different regions & cultures.
Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose and resolve technical & certification issues.
Self-Motivated & Growth-Oriented – Capable of handling multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.


???? Job Role 2: Fraud Risk Analyst

???? Role & Responsibilities

As a Fraud Risk Analyst, you will:

Fraud Detection & Prevention

  • Identify fraudulent charges through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Review fraud claims and decide whether to accept or reject them.
  • Conduct real-time fraud risk assessments for transactions, POS approvals, and charge reversals.
  • Detect and minimize credit and fraud risk while enabling safe transactions.

Risk Monitoring & Analysis

  • Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and recommend preventive measures.
  • Investigate fraud cases within the assigned empowerment limit.
  • Ensure compliance with fraud prevention regulations & internal policies.

Performance & Compliance

  • Meet and exceed quality, compliance, regulatory, and productivity metrics.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, hybrid, and rotational shift environment.

???? Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or fraud prevention domain.

✔ Ability to handle multiple fraud cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
