Role Overview: UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, and improving user experiences. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly designs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

???? User Research & Design

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create journey maps, experience maps, and user personas.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.

???? Collaboration & Implementation

Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure design feasibility.
Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across products.
Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

???? Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve design processes.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

???? Technical Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and processes.
Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
Experience with user research methodologies and tools.

???? Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
