Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics and interactive assets, ensuring that all artwork meets the agreed standards. You will collaborate with team members to produce creative designs, prototypes, and motion graphics, and ensure that final designs are aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand Project Requirements: Collaborate with the team to comprehend project concepts and requirements.
Design and Prototyping: Use various techniques to create drafts and prototypes for design projects.
Produce Final Designs: Create designs such as videos, banners, and interfaces.
Pitch Creative Ideas: Propose innovative design ideas that enhance the overall project.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to launch designs successfully.
Incorporate Feedback: Revise designs based on feedback to improve work quality.
Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Create motion graphics and edit videos as required for the projects.

Requirements:

Experience with Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Knowledge of Figma (or similar platforms) is also necessary.
Video Editing Skills: Video editing experience is a significant plus.
Design Skills: Solid understanding of design techniques, visual elements (layout, typography, fonts), and general graphic design principles.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work.
Time Management: Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Creativity: Highly creative with excellent problem-solving skills.
Fine Arts Background (Optional): A background in fine arts is encouraged.
