We’re currently seeking a Creative Designer who can bring fresh ideas to life through visuals—both in graphic and video formats.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy designer who is passionate about visual storytelling. You should be comfortable creating everything from social media graphics to short-form videos, reels, and AI-generated visuals. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or AI platforms like Midjourney, RunwayML, or HeyGen is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging posters, banners, ads, and branding content for digital platforms.
  • Create short-form videos, reels, and stories using editing software or AI tools.
  • Use AI tools (image/video generators) to enhance creative output where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to deliver high-impact content.
  • Develop visual content that aligns with campaign goals and client brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging tech in AI-based content creation.
  • Manage multiple design tasks with attention to deadlines and brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic or Multimedia Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Creativity and originality in layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or HeyGen (or willingness to learn fast).
  • Understanding of content formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Basic motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to follow briefs, take feedback positively, and work both independently and in teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with brand identity design or packaging.
  • UI/UX basics for web or app design.
  • Knowledge of AI video scripting or voice-over tools.
