Position Summary

Are you someone who can break down a Shakespearean sonnet and also explain phonetics with equal passion? Combine that literary flair with the power of AI and data analytics to reshape how students learn English and Language Arts.

We’re looking for a trailblazing educator or curriculum expert to lead the charge in reinventing English education using adaptive learning strategies, real-time data, and technology—all with a deep respect for the discipline of language and literature.

What You’ll Be Doing

Analyze student reading and writing data using AI to improve instruction and engagement in ELA.
Develop AI-powered tools that make grammar intuitive, vocabulary engaging, and literary analysis accessible.
Create adaptive learning pathways to guide students from phonics through advanced literary critique.
Collaborate with educators, AI engineers, and linguists to push the boundaries of language instruction.
Reimagine both classic and modern literature as interactive, AI-enhanced learning experiences.

**What You Will NOT Be Doing**

Managing traditional curriculum administration—this is a creative and strategic role, not an operational one.
Working in a silo—you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts.
Sticking to theoretical work—everything you build will have a real, measurable impact on students’ learning.

Key Responsibility

Lead innovation in English and Language Arts instruction by doubling student mastery in reading, writing, grammar, and literature through 2 Hour Learning’s AI-powered model.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in teaching or designing ELA curriculum, with measurable student impact
Basic coding skills in any programming language (Python preferred but not required)
Experience working with AI systems (content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning)
Strong data analysis skills to extract insights and drive improvements
Excellent communication and instructional design capabilities
