Requirements:

A minimum of one years of experience in creative graphic designing & video editing is essential.

Our Editing requirements are :

Proficiency in Design Software: The candidate should be proficient in Premiere pro

After effects

Final cut pro

DaVinci

Photoshop

Light room

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also required.

The candidate should inform in 1st interview if they have any added skillsets pertaining to management and/or creation of Youtube pages or website design work. (These will be add-on bonus.)

Understanding of Design Measurements:

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of different sizes and measurements used in designing.

Adaptability: A creative designer should be adaptable and able to work on a variety of projects, each with its own unique requirements. - Poster design , Youtube video and shorts editing, Instagram reels,

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in design. Small elements can make a big difference in the overall impact of a design.

Problem-Solving Skills: Design often involves solving problems, whether it's finding the most effective way to communicate a message or figuring out how to make a design work within certain constraints.

Knowledge of Current Design Trends: Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends can help a designer create work that feels fresh and relevant.

Time Management Skills: Design projects often have tight deadlines, so it's important for a designer to be able to manage their time effectively.

Understanding of Color Theory: Color can greatly affect how a design is perceived, so a good understanding of color theory is important.

Typography Skills: The ability to use type effectively is a key skill in design. This includes understanding which fonts to use, how to pair them, and how to use type to enhance a design.

Researching and Referencing: Should have strong research skills to gather ideas and inspiration for their designs and should also understand how to properly reference any work or ideas that are not their own to avoid plagiarism and respect intellectual property rights.

Proficiency in Hindi Literature: It would be helpful if the candidate is proficient in typing Hindi literature on Video subtitles and Titles... This skill is crucial for creating content that resonates with our Hindi-speaking audience and expands our reach.
