Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:

✅ Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
✅ Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
✅ Monitor team performance and offer professional development opportunities

2. Project Management:

✅ Oversee the design process from concept to completion
✅ Ensure projects meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards
✅ Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align designs with business goals
✅ Prioritize and allocate resources effectively

3. Design & Creativity Direction:

✅ Provide expert design guidance and evaluate all projects for creative and technical excellence
✅ Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to encourage continuous learning
✅ Work with upper management to enhance brand guidelines and visual identity

4. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

✅ Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements
✅ Ensure that designs meet business goals and client expectations

5. Quality Control:

✅ Review and approve designs before final delivery
✅ Offer constructive feedback to improve team output

6. Reporting & Communication:

✅ Maintain communication with project managers, upper management, and stakeholders
✅ Provide reports on team performance and project progress

Qualifications & Skills Required

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
✔️ 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
✔️ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
✔️ Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality output
✔️ Strong team-building, mentoring, and leadership skills
✔️ Portfolio showcasing leadership and a variety of design projects

Preferred Skills

???? Experience in Web Design, UI/UX, or Motion Graphics
???? Knowledge of Front-end Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
???? Familiarity with current design technologies and trends
