Position Summary

As a UAT Project Manager, you will lead and drive global cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms. This role places you in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside some of the most creative and talented professionals in the industry.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand the solutions we are building and define a comprehensive test strategy that evaluates functionality, usability, and reliability across diverse use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in end-to-end customer journeys, business processes, and impacted systems.
Act as the cross-functional lead for a larger UAT program or an ASO functional track, reporting to a centralized testing function.
Manage, plan, and organize UAT activities while ensuring successful execution.
Lead test resources and contribute to continuous process improvements based on industry best practices.
Collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to integrate and streamline testing efforts.
Define and implement test strategies for evaluating the effectiveness of solutions.
Ensure smooth execution of SAP transactional testing (preferably S4-HANA).
Identify potential risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
Establish strong relationships with partner teams and act as a trusted advisor.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of experience in UAT project management within an e-commerce or contact center environment.
Strong experience in testing web front-end, transactional back-end, or contact center applications.
At least 3 years of experience with SAP transactional testing (preferably S4-HANA).
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Deep technical expertise, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certifications (PMP or similar) are a plus.
5+ years of experience working with complex integrated systems and a strong ability to quickly understand new technologies.
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage program challenges proactively.
Experience with transactional commerce platforms, particularly SAP (S4 preferred).
Proficiency in Test Automation toolsets, scripting, and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
