Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Tester Intern to join our dynamic Product Development team. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions built on React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for web/mobile applications (React & React Native).
Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Conduct backend API testing (Node.js) and database testing (MongoDB).
Utilize AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) in test environments.
Document defects, track resolution, and ensure proper closure.
Participate in design/code reviews and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Stay updated on emerging QA tools and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in software testing for web/mobile apps.
Strong knowledge of React, React Native, and component-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and backend testing with Node.js.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services for testing and deployment.
Experience using testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, Appium.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Certification in Software Testing
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with JMeter, Gatling (performance testing)
Understanding of security testing principles
