About the Role

The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) team drives learning transformation and knowledge management across multiple lines of business within the Global Servicing Group (GSG).

GLKM is responsible for:

  • Onboarding and training new hires in partnership with internal recruiting teams.
  • Ongoing development programs for tenured colleagues.
  • Creating robust learning solutions, tools, and programs that drive performance, engagement, and development.

GLKM supports over 30,000 GSG colleagues across 20+ markets in 9 languages.

The GLKM Learning Architecture Team collaborates with business leaders, subject matter experts, and learning vendors to develop innovative and engaging learning solutions. The Design Team plays a key role in improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of training programs for Customer Care Professionals (CCPs) and Specialists.

We are looking for a passionate Instructional Designer to join our growing team and enhance the learning experience for our colleagues.


Key Responsibilities

???? Learning Design & Development

  • Create highly interactive and engaging learning solutions using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Captivate.
  • Apply advanced adult learning theories to develop practical, application-based training.
  • Design and develop blended learning experiences, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and self-paced e-learning modules.
  • Develop game-based learning, video content, simulations, and immersive scenarios with multiple branching elements.
  • Ensure learning solutions align with business goals and enhance the learner experience.

???? Innovation & Technology

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply new instructional design trends to improve learning programs.
  • Troubleshoot design tool issues and ensure smooth LMS integration for content delivery.
  • Leverage agile and waterfall design methodologies to create scalable learning solutions.

???? Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with business partners and stakeholders to define learning strategies, identify training needs, and build robust curricula.
  • Develop measurement strategies to assess training effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.

???? Thought Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor and learning expert within the organization.
  • Drive innovation in instructional design and learning technologies.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and deliver engaging presentations to business leaders.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience in instructional design within corporate and financial services.
  • Strong background in e-learning design and development using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Captivate.
  • Ability to troubleshoot design tools and integrate learning solutions into LMS platforms.
  • Experience working in an agile and waterfall design environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design strategies, adult learning principles, and assessment methodologies.

Technical & Software Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) to drive training delivery.
  • Ability to apply new technologies to instructional design and innovate learning solutions.

Soft Skills & Communication

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong team player with experience working in collaborative environments.

Educational Background

  • A degree or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Teaching is strongly preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English as per business standards.

Preferred Qualifications

✨ Experience designing and delivering immersive learning experiences using game-based learning, simulations, and interactive scenarios.
✨ Strong background in learning strategy, curriculum development, and instructional innovation.
✨ Ability to design training for diverse learner populations while considering cultural differences.
