Role Overview

As a Web Graphics Designer in the marketing communication department, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful content for various platforms. You will work on projects ranging from social media content to advertisements and internal documents, using your creativity and technical expertise in design. Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization: Discuss project briefs, understand requirements, and prepare drafts to present design ideas.
Design & Layout: Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media (social media posts, website graphics, banners, email campaigns).
Software Expertise: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit visuals and layouts for various marketing materials.
Brand Adherence: Study brand guidelines for both the company and clients to ensure all designs are in line with brand identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with a team of writers, researchers, and stakeholders to ensure timely approval of designs and projects.
Content Creation: Assist with the creation of internal documentation and forms as required.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in web and graphic design. Ensure design consistency and innovation in all content.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met. Proactively take on projects and work independently.

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduation/certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Web Graphics Designer, with exposure in the advertising or travel/aviation industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
- Ability to create impactful visual content with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and quick learning of new technologies and design trends.
Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with email marketing tools such as GetResponse, Mailchimp, etc.
- Ability to create and edit motion graphics and videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your design expertise will be a plus.
